OUR PHILOSOPHY

The biggest killer to your profitability is going to be a vacant investment property so we have designed our fee structure so it is advantageous to all parties to align with that mission. 

The best properties are the ones filled with conscientious renter partners who stay for the longest tenancy possible.  We have a waiting list of renter partners who want to rent from us based upon our philosophy of empathy and respect.  This keeps your property filled with the best renters and is a win for everyone!

We believe that managing a property means doing whatever is necessary to manage that property, not just the bare minimum.  If it needs to be done, we're going to do it, it's that simple, not nickel and dime you. 

Which is why we don't charge for:

  • NO FEE when a property is vacant

  • NO LEASING FEE to rent the property

  • NO LEASE RENEWAL FEE

  • NO LEASE AMENDMENT FEE

  • NO TENANT REPLACEMENT FEE

  • NO INSPECTION FEE

  • NO MAINTENANCE MARKUP FEE

  • NO CANCELLATION FEE

We Charge 10% of Rent Collected.  That's It.

We believe we win together and when we are not able to win together by getting our renter to pay on time that month, we are going to share in the pain of that together, as well.

Not only are we focused on zero vacancy, we are also focused on zero late payments.  That's why we encourage our renter partners to reach out to us in advance if they are going to have an issue paying rent next month.  Our focus is on collecting rent, not fees.

We are very serious about creating Zero Vacancy for our property owners and creating a win/win/win
culture for everyone. This is why we also reward our renter partners on time rent payments by
reporting them to the credit bureaus (which raises their FICO scores by an average of 40 points). This is
one of the reasons why we have renters that only want to rent from MyRentDoor.

We also don’t charge our renter partners bullshit fees. That’s part of how we keep rents high and
vacancy rates low. We make sure we don’t put our interests ahead of our clients. We put EVERYTHING
the renter pays every month towards rent which is how we are able to positively leverage your asset.
